Holistic therapy consists of taking into account the totality of the individual, "holos" meaning "whole, all" in Greek. The physical, energetic, mental and spiritual planes are therefore taken into account in order to understand and heal suffering or illness.

The aim is to help the individual recover his or her self-healing capacities, to help him or her reactivate his or her own inner therapist. For in this perspective, suffering, and illness by extension, are conceived as temporary, unconscious and involuntary solutions that the person has found momentarily to adapt to a distance from his or her deepest nature.

The practice of holistic care is only conceived as a complement and background to conventional medicine and care.

Holistic therapy is about taking into account the totality of the individual, "holos" meaning "whole, all" in Greek. The physical, energetic, mental and spiritual planes are therefore taken into account in order to understand and heal suffering or illness.
The aim is to help the individual to recover his or her self-healing capacities, to help him or her to reactivate his or her own inner therapist. From this point of view, suffering, and illness by extension, are conceived as temporary, unconscious and involuntary solutions that the person has found momentarily to adapt to a distance from his or her deepest nature.

The physical, energetic, mental and spiritual planes are therefore taken into account in order to understand and heal the suffering or illness.

Holistic therapy consists of helping the person to set up a therapeutic context to enable him or her to reconnect with the inner source of his or her well-being. It is this source that will enable him/her to resume his/her interrupted growth, to get closer to his/her deepest nature.

But awareness and mental understanding of traumatic events are not enough. The holistic therapist will therefore be concerned with helping the person re-energise their being on the physical level (biomechanical, metabolic and electromagnetic), on the energetic level (in the sense of flow circulation as in Chinese medicine), and on the emotional, mental and spiritual levels, always with full respect for the person's life choices and belief systems.
